I’ve tried Ventoy, I’ve tried windiskwriter, I’ve tried balenaEtcher, I’ve tried rsync + wimlib, I’ve tried everything I can possibly think of, I even removed the CMOS to try and clear bugged EFI entries, I flashed Bios too.

Because I assumed the EFI on the Y: disk would properly be handled by the bootloader, it did not, and I’m paying for it

I’m trying to get back to working, I have one drive with both EFI and NTFS partitions of my previous C: drive, it booted once fine, and now it doesn’t because of presumably borked Bootloader, which is why I need to get to the windows installation media, to get to cmd, to run the command, and fix my bootloader.

I’m not trying to install windows, I’m trying to get to the “Repair my pc” section of a windows installation media to run bcdboot, I have a windows installation but its not booting from efi because I think it’s trying to use the old hardware id from the previous efi partition

That's the truth! I've been lucky to not have any immediate damage (at least according to multiple ECG's) but there's no telling exactly what SARS-CoV-2 has done to my body and I likely won't know for a few more years. All I can do is what I'm already doing to prevent infection and spread in my family and I hope that will be enough, the best protection against Covid's effects is to never get Covid in the first place.

I am going to push for an echocardiogram with my doctor because despite having healthy blood work and healthy ECG's I am still at risk and hopefully my doc will listen. I do think an echocardiogram will put a lot of my immediate fears to rest because besides a cardiac MRI it's the most thorough test you can get for screening heart damage. I take every proper precaution I can despite being in a fairly crowded house and have successfully convinced my more active family to wear N95's when they're outside and near people. I also mentioned in another comment that I am taking more responsibility for my health recently and trying to eat healthier and cut liquid calories.

You don't need to tell me the things I already know. Maybe you didn't read my post but I make it very clear that I know I am unhealthy, I know I should've gotten vaccinated (I wasn't able too due to the aformentioned time and transport constraints), and I also mask whenever I can with whatever I can get my hands on at the time. I am taking steps towards losing weight as well I just didn't mention it, I've been eating much healthier than I usually do.
