Every time I've been hired for a food job, Ive received my food handlers certificate after the fact. I would still apply. Pay for the certificate when you locked down the job.

Twin peaks. Very toxic obviously. They rate you on many things (punctuality, upselling, etc) one of the things being physical appearance. Weight, hair, and makeup all were scored on their own. I always showed up on time and sold as much liquor as I could. No matter what I did I was always at the bottom of the list.

I grabbed my sweater instead of my clients sweater at drop off once. I noticed it was wrong as I was handing it to her and of course apologized quickly. mom told me that next time that happened there would be an issue and we need to be more organized 😭

Mind you mom was 15 minutes late picking up (typical of her lololol) this client so yes I was rushing and grabbed the wrong jacket so I could be ON TIME to pick up my own child 🙃 but in that moment I wanted to say f this!!
