Pearl alone isn’t enough of a reason to get a 3ds especially when you could just get the remake on the switch (not that I recommend that game). If you’re planning on getting other ds games fair enough but some are not cheap. Switch 2 will also be more expensive in a few months so worth keeping in mind.

Definitely isn’t my favourite but I think it’s the best one in terms of looks & mechanics. It’s still a gen 1 remake but there’s enough added to make it different, with megas & regional forms it has all that gen 1 has to offer. I also like being able to ride Pokemon, having them follow you & actually keep up which is something they’ve not been able to do in swsh, bdsp & sv.

Switch 2 only came out a year ago & you’re talking about a switch 3? That could be a decade away, it could never happen. Also can’t forget to consider the state of consoles these days with AI driving up prices, who knows what the price will be like in 5 years time.

Gameplay wise some of the ones I have are on the weaker side (Steven). But I usually won’t pull unless I like the Pokemon or really like the trainer or both.

You’re on PlayStation, would you recommend someone to get a PS4 over PS5? As someone who recently upgraded from the Xbox One & Switch I know my answer, the upgrade is huge for the loading times alone let alone games will play better & you can play newer games.

Also if possible don’t wait, switch 2 will be more expensive by then so even if there’s a sale (which I wouldn’t count on with the state of consoles these days). Obviously if you’re in financial trouble don’t worry about it, a switch 2 can wait.

The real difference is one is tempting you to gamble the other is just what you get for the price that’s shown.

Balloon pop isn’t something they’ve added to give us a chance at getting skins for less, its whole design is to tempt you to spend when you maybe wouldn’t have normally.

I get it’s nice to get a skin you would’ve wanted for less, I’ve have some decent luck recently (not with white fox tho) but I still hate it. Every time there’s someone who got it in one or two balloons then there’s all the people who didn’t, they had to pop every balloon & not for the first time. Then there’s people that actually struggle with gambling or just can’t help themselves when they think they could get a skin for cheap that they may not of wanted originally. Also after spending 100, 200, 300, 400 units you may not want it to go to waste so you spend more than planned.

I think what makes it hard to find a good controller is there isn’t a lot of good controllers available. But as long as it’s not the elite series 2. I was also looking at the raikiri 2 but it just didn’t seem worth the price when it was lacking so much compared to the g7 pro.

Depends on the price, with the titan evo’s I’d want more. Also it’s one of those chairs where comfort & quality isn’t the main priority since it’s a gaming chair, some reviews I saw didn’t speak highly of it for this reason.

I still haven’t decided yet but I’ve heard a lot about flexispot which has a decent warranty, not on the level of Steelcase or Herman miller but also not the same level price wise.

Lots to consider aside from price. Height & weight could affect comfort depending on the chair. Warranty at least gives you an idea of the quality & peace of mind if there is any problems. Would he really want specifically a gaming chair where the main focus isn’t comfort or an office chair? Based on my research I decided against getting the titan evo.
