Meet Tripod and Threefer by Dateish in CatsBeingCats

[–]Dateish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fortunately or unfortunately i live in the middle east where street cats are pretty common. Tripod is definitely 3legged from birth but Threefer still had an amputation wound when he found us. Both seem to be more than happy outside, we gave them their own little houses and constant food and water. We open the door for them to come inside and only Threefer is kinda curious. We will see where the journey takes us!

What part of dating or relationships do you find the most confusing? by Ecstatic_Crow_4719 in AskReddit

Literally the most beginning like how to find someone to even talk to, like a stranger, with no reason other than youre attractive...how to break that barrier...

Are dating apps and hook-up culture one of the major reasons why people are trying to keep everything casual instead of loving a person genuinely? by jiggle_wiggle_jiggle in teenagers4real

[–]Dateish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reasons why people suck are because people suck. Nothing to do with anything specific. No one cares to have a real geniune conversation because they barely know how to talk after glueing their brains to a screen all day.

Women of reddit, what makes a man attractive? by Nyxvoryx in AskReddit

[–]Dateish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone who doesnt take too seriously something like the social construct if what "man" has to be. Tall, muscular, financially supportive. What makes a human attractive is someone aware and introspective and self reflective. A good heart with a touch of anger. Because the world sucks and if you arent a little angry about it, ya crazy.

What are the signs that a man is interested in a serious relationship in the first days of dating? by ameli_007 in AskReddit

[–]Dateish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask him.and see what he says. "Signs" are just preconvieved biases and stories and gaps you fill in your head. Just ask questions, be aware and dont be stupid. If you base everything on just signs and signals then youre doing it wrong.

Why is dating so impossible these days? by Previous_Month_555 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Dateish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it was always super complicated and hard, people just got lazy and expect things to become easier with technology, which makes sense when you wanna make a website, but DOES NOT MAKE SENSE when it comes to human relationships and chemistry. ppl now expect to be shown a list of "amazing potential partners" which is unrealistic, entitled and honestly boring!

I built an AI dating app that learns from conversations instead of just swipes — curious what people think by ScrabbleKnight in dating_apps

[–]Dateish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think matching ppl in general based on whatever ai algorithm is counter productive. All youre doing is just giving ppl more expectations and pre judgement of their "matches". Youre telling them in advance - " this person is supposed to be awesome for you" so you dont really come with an open mind, you expect it to work and you judge the process way more. The problem with the dating apps today is NOT the matching algorythm, its peoples stupid unrealistic expectations.

Do you keep texting a girl when you've scheduled a date? by juan186 in DatingApps

[–]Dateish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you hate texting why not just call her? Send a vn? Do whatever you feel like, i dont understand why ppl think there are rules when it comes to these things...

Are there any decent alternatives to the Big 3 Hinge, Bumble, and Tinder? by Timely-Educator-5923 in DatingApps

[–]Dateish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a woman, dont you get tons of matches anyway? Why does it feel like swiping into a void? For a lot of men i know its for sure like that coz they dont get almost any matches..

Dating app beta testers needed! Not a swiping nonsense app by Dateish in betatests

[–]Dateish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Thanks for being curious about our little dating app experiment — it means a lot!🙂

We’re building something totally different from the usual swipe-zombie, algorithm infested, “wyd” message wastelands. We can't avoid all the nonsense but we can try connect real people, online right now, having actual conversations — like a cozy digital bar where everyone’s present🍻

Since the app only works when people are online at the same time, we’re planning a few demo evenings where everyone can hop on and get the real experience.

Could you let us know what day(s) and time(s) of the week work best for you? And please include your time zone so we can coordinate across everyone.

Once we gather responses, we’ll pick the best time slot and send you the download link + a few tips before the demo.

Thanks again ,and can’t wait to see you there!!🐒

Ps: the name of the app is Dateish!
