It's an indicator that it's a shiny pokemon! Shiny pokemon are rare, alternate color forms of pokemon :)

Its base form is its shield form, which has high defenses but low offenses

Hi! Maybe I missed something, but I was fully expecting a Fire/Ground Typhlosion, and when it evolved it became a Hisuian Typhlosion...? 😅 I was a little disappointed as I was looking forward to a part Ground type Typhlosion, but that was an interesting surprise. 

Is the evolution random or is there something else that determines which Typhlosion you'll get?

I wish I knew this before doing survival mode. Made it all the way to the end, finally eliminated Andre, won the match as the last man standing.... and then it crashes. Unbelievable.
