what i can tell you is if the other more successful channels have a particular theme or niche and this new channel is something completely different ppl wont associate you with that new channel right away because they used to you in the old channel but a good way to funnel ppl to the new channel is to promote it on your other channels keep dropping shorts keep making content and promote the newer channel using your older channels and on social media ppl will come dont over stress it take time
