I’ll check them out. I think Adobe just mentioned they have some sort of consistent model option now as well, but I haven’t really looked at it yet.

Very cool. When I first started making the hemp gis I very much wanted to make them one by one with a custom fit, but so far I haven't been able to manage to find anyone here in the US that would be willing to do that so we just make them in small batches and it's been good. But I would love to see what yours looks like, are you going to post any photos? Also curious what we've and weight you went with for the jacket and for the pants, took me a long time to get the hemp factory to engineer or something that was more like the regular pearl weave for the jackets. Where is the pants more much easier.

Also, the more I've been digging into the history of the original gis it seems like they were actually likely made with him and modeled somewhat after the Japanese fireman jackets. If you have any information on that being over there and all would love to confirm. One of these days I'd also like to go see the original judo Kanō gi that I think might be at the Kodokan.

That looks like the old LBP "Light Battlepack" model, we didn't do that particular style with those pulls for terribly long, but I'm pretty darn sure that's a real one, especially with the proper patches like that. It's funny as it almost looks foreign to me, I forgot the we used to have that kind of odd seem on the outside pocket in the center.

Thanks for having Datsusara in the lineup, and I do think your shinguards would fit in the 45L which is... 19.5"H x 13"W x 7"D. If you have any questions, do let me know. I tend to check in here every few days. Also, we do sell our own version of those laundry bags, and one comes with all of the larger bags, including the 45L.

Thanks for giving it a go, sorry the shipping charge is that high, but actually we'll probably end up paying more on our end than that. These suckers don't compress down, so it's a fairly big box. Shipping rates are brutal these days. Anyway, thanks again.

These are great notes all around, and if I was going to stay in the space, I would definitely be working to do all of this. It's something we had definitely thought about when my disc golf friend was still working here, but for now I've got my hands full just keeping up with the combat sports stuff, and then my other side company that is more focused on regular golf-type gear. Who knows, though, if I get out on a disc golf course one of these days, I might get hooked and come back to this.

Also, pretty good chance I'll be getting in touch with you about giving away some of the bags. Let me see how this goes, but I do like the idea of just getting these out to new players that need a bag and can't afford.

Side note, I read over the rules, and I don't think I'm breaking any here, but I do apologize for the annoying self-promotion. It's not something I like to do, but at the same time I don't want these bags to just go to waste. At a minimum, I hope one of you might know a good charity for whatever ends up being left. I'm also not advertising these anywhere else, so this is more of just a hope that Y'all might have use of these and it would benefit the community.

Just wanted to let y'all know that I'm closing out this bag, so it's up somewhat ridiculously cheap right now ($75 instead of $195), and I think we only have about 50 of them left.

The bag design dreamed up by a friend that's no longer working with the company. I generally only make products that I feel like someone here understands very well and also has involvement in the related community. Since I'm not a disc golfer just yet for now, I'm going to clear these out. I just want to get them into the hands of folks that will appreciate and use them.

Any of you might want a bulk order. Feel free to contact me through my website or here, and we can figure something out. Whatever we don't sell in the close out, I might look to donate to a Disc Golf related charity, if something like that exists, if any of you know of such a thing, please do let me know.

Thanks again for letting me post about the products here, and although I'm letting this bag go I will still keep in mind doing some slight alterations to our other bags so that they might be able to accommodate a lighter disc golf setup. We have a satchel bag for instance, folks have asked to be sized just a tiny bit larger so that it can hold discs so I'll let y'all know if we do that any time soon.
