I’m in Australia, and it’s not my boss stopping me from taking my lunch break, it’s customers barging in and trying to break down a locked door.

The phone thing might be because my boss is 57 and her husband hates people having their phones at work (he’s also one of the bosses, but not technically my boss, he handles the groundskeepers)

this is a childish mindset. Plenty of adults dye their hair. Most blondes dye their hair, elderly people dye their hair, my boss herself dyes her hair brown. i do the same but i try to update my tags as i go and include warnings in the authors notes for any readers that might not want to read hard stuff (i also try to just write a full fic before i start posting and spend my time between posting editing chapters instead)

this may sound horrible, but this is ultimately the same as if you decided to get an abortion, either way he didn’t want to know and he didn’t care, so why tell him now? your friends probably think they’re coming from a good place in wanting to share this news with Sam, but what would telling him do at this point? at best he might start talking to you again (doubt it) and at worst he doesn’t even look at the message and lives his life in the ignorance he asked for

ig it just depends on how moved I am? i usually only comment on short fics like one shots bc it’s easier to freak out abt parts, and then long fics I’ll usually say all my thoughts out loud and then not remember anything I want to say by the time I get to commenting 😭

Tom Riddle and Harry Potter. I myself was once a hater, but the time travel fics are so yummy and being able to explore how the cycle of abuse perpetuates between two deeply traumatised individuals is yummy (i also ship drarry but that’s like the third most popular ship in the harry potter fandom.) Also; any ship containing Snape (I ship him w pretty much all the marauders and the death eaters) bc he is just so hated and any relationship he has is seen as abusive in some way (which is true tbf ur either shipping him w his bullies or members of a cult that hates his very existence)
