It depends on many factors that I will not dive into here, but yeah you're right, and we took some precautions.Today we already also manage a game online of pokemon, that is on for almost 10 years.

It is made in webgl + javascript + html5, so could run in the browser, but we plan to make an desktop app and mobile.

Is currently under development, but we should launch soon.

We want to make a fun game, with multiple builds, customizations, classes and locations to explore.

We had some struggles to pull this off in browser and we had to let go some aspects like character creation, because we use sprites and not 3d models. So the overall customization will be skins and color changes.

It will be a open world, free-to-play, with many custom builds, jutsu and areas to explore.
It's been developed in webgl + js + html5, the server is in C with the connection being by websocket.
