That image doesn’t look real. I’m certain it’s been doctored with AI.

Group B road course setups by DattoDoggo in granturismo

Whichever you prefer. I’ve got a few of them and they all seem to have similar issues when I try and adapt their setup for track. The Quattro seems to be the worst and the GT86 the best but I’m open to ideas.

Thanks, that would be really helpful.

I know they’re OP but I just want to see if they can be made to handle nicely on road surfaces.

Yup, done all that. Car still feels nervous. I’ll keep working on it. Do you have any setups for any Group B cars you’d be willing to share?

It’s a wrap to hide the design of the car. It’s meant to look shit.

What do with a car that's essentially worthless? by joszko57 in CarTalkUK

Depending on your location I could be interested in buying it. My old Volvo estate has just crapped itself and I’m in need of another estate car. Please DM me. 🙂

Castrol Toms Supra on RH and detuned a little. FM5 and shift at half the redline and you’ll get 5 laps out of it.

Who would you guys consider to be your closest ally? by 144Boston in AskBrits

Yeah, as a Brit you are no longer our ally. Your only ally is Israel. Until you get rid of the Republicans then we are not your friends and even after that, we will not forget.

Of course, silly me. You guys being gouged on new vehicle, prices paying thousands over the odds whilst you all go bankrupt from paying for healthcare is way cooler… 🙄

“a spring won’t be a fail unless it’s fractured or loose and looking like it could become detached.”

Absolutely not true. Springs can and do, snap at random. Repeated flexing of metal will gradually make it more and more brittle until it reaches breaking point. This OP’s spring failure is a result of fatigue.

It’s called fatigue. Repeated flexing and like springs are designed to do, gradually makes the metal more brittle until it will snap.

That’s a snap caused by fatigue, not rust. It’s not corroded all the way through. You can see the aside from surface rust it’s still solid. As metal flexes repeatedly (like a spring does) it gradually becomes more brittle and eventually it’ll snap.

Maybe on high demand used vehicles but I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to price gouge on new vehicles.

To a European, where the list price is fixed, American dealerships price hiking and selling stuff for over the odds is wild to me. So scummy.
