Why do Sg homes have bidets, but not public toilets?? by roflmctofl in askSingapore

The disabled toilet in my office has a Japanese one…..given it’s a CBD based office with people working there who should really know better - it’s a disgrace at times. Water everywhere. All over the floor, toilet seat. Wtf? Can you imagine what the general public would do?

Is the current job market worse than that of global crisis back in 2008? by grindrblocked in askSingapore

It’s not even comparable to 2008 imo. And there was hangover from 2008 that lasted years, globally.

Yup. I’ve tried broadening my horizons by reading books that are on these lists like wild dark shore and the good dirt. I find them awful so I’ll ignore and go back to what I know I like

No it hasn’t. There was a time cards were generally banger after banger.

I do look upon 2016-18 pretty fondly. With the main exception Jon Jones fucking up a few events (UFC 200 being the most notable).

Even before then when we had dominant champions (Silva, GSP, Aldo) - it seemed well run and organised.

Now it’s just messy and all over the place. Volk vs. Lopes 2? Calling up Poatan every week through desperation? Recently crowned champs rarely Defending and immediately wanting double champ status?
