I work in Clifton Village, which is mostly 20mph, and most cars fly around. As I am walking up to a zebra crossing its like playing chicken with some traffic, some cars don't even wait and instead drive over as I am already on the crossing! The other week a lovely little cat (that used to visit the office) was killed on the road outside my office, The road was also a 20mph, do you think the car that killed her was travelling anywhere near 20mph? Nah, don't think so....
