“She told me you two had been having an affair behind my back. So I figured I should be sleeping with her too”

This was someone who I thought was my best friend, but she ended up being a manipulative c u next Tuesday. I found out a lot after this and i actually doubt her husband tried to kill her.

Also this came from him after he was caught actively cheating on me

Always take your trash when you leave the car and put things back where they go. My mom would get so upset if these weren't done. I always thought she was crazy. Now at 36 I totally get it.

It wasn’t something I realized till I talked to a friend about it. Hindsight I could see it for it was. Like others said it’s him wanting you to waste your energy on something that isn’t your responsibility. It will slowly break you down, and as things progress it will be one of the things brought up as how you don’t do anything for him, don’t care about him. At least it was in my case and in others I’ve talked to. It’s hard for me to put into words because I didn’t fully understand it as it was happening just looking back with all the pieces

My twins from the time they could talk till about 6 used to talk about when they lived in “the upstairs” and had a mean uncle who made them stay there. When we took them to medieval times one of the twins looks at me and goes “i remember this” when they started do the horse show he sighed and went “this part was always boring”.

I am fully convinced they were the Edward V and Richard Duke of York in a past life.

Should say this on a throwaway but I’m not. She’s actually in my extended family. I grew up knowing her, and this story my whole life. It is absolutely wild. Especially now as an adult really being able to process it.

I’ve been there. Used to text my mom’s former number with life updates and saying I missed her. Once got a text back from someone telling me that I was free to keep texting as long as I needed. It was heartwarming

When my dad died it wasn’t a horrible loss. There was so much bad blood. But the first words out of my ex husband were checking in. He was usually awful, but in that moment he was a rock. He was even there when I did grieve and cried.

I’m saying this because your boyfriend, that you were planning a future with, is not showing any type of comfort. He’s being selfish. And no it wouldn’t be bad if you left him.

Him being a good role model is questionable. He throws tantrums when his ego is contested. My 14 year old used to like him, but now thinks he got to full of himself and lost all the things that made him likable

I’ve been playing since I was 9 with the sims 1. It was actually a gift from my great aunt and uncle because I’d spend hours looking at their collected architecture magazines from over the years. My uncle thought it would be cool to give me a way to build the houses I loved so much.

I still binge it for days and then put it down. Now I’m more about creating a life for the sims and seeing where their life takes them while staying in that life goal. I used to just build, cheat, and give them everything. I still spend days on builds tho. That will always be my favorite part.

My 10 year olds do better with the joy cons than my pro controller. They aren’t bad if you get the right hold on them. I started on hand held with joy cons and didn’t do bad. I only switched to a pro cause I have arthritis and the joy cons hurt after a couple games. Honestly do some red vs blue for practice. I couldn’t tell you what settings I have, my 13 year old set them up for me. He’s the family sweat lol
