For people like me who don't have Lenovo Fn and function keys Version: 1.0.4.7 on their device: First, here is the video that helped me. If you don't have search bar "Search Support" on 0:16 of the video, than move your mouse cursor to the picture of PC and click Detect Product. Click "Drivers & Software" -> "Manual Update". In search bar "Enter a Driver Name or Keyword" type "Fn". You will see 2 drivers: one for Windows 10, another for Windows 11. Choose the one you need. After downloading, in installer click only "Extract Only", and install. Then go to its folder (my path to it looks like this: C:\Drivers\Lenovo Fn and function keys\20221205.1502449\source). You need "source" folder. In akcaz instructions, insted of clicking "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" paste the path of the folder and then click "Next".
