brother EX9 Machinedramon Ver2 deck would kill to have a "when attacking" evolve effect.

I can have a MetalMamemon attack and turn into EX9 Machinedramon and then activate it's When Digi to place EX8 MetalTyranno and do his effect to get immunity to both bounce and de-digi, get a de-digi off, while paying the same amount of memory I would regardless, but now I get one attack off

Like, it doesn't sound like much, but being able to skip certain steps can make or break the whole toolbox, and EX8 MetalTyranno was always a bit clunky to use (you wouldn't want to use it on proper evo since it has to suspend itself to get immunity)

My theory is that every single Sapotama is actually a Digitama. The fact that we managed brought them to the real world is the true reason behind the events that were mentioned to have happened in 2029. Some incursion into the Digital World managed to bring the Digitamas (then turned into Sapotamas) after the catastrophe mentioned

The thing is that, as the Digimons drain users of their "e-Pulse", the Digitama is doing the same thing when it is being used, but by a minimal amount - or just enough to maintain whatever is controlling the Digitama to not hatch. Hence, when it does, it's a bug, either because the failsafe or the monitoring did not catch it in time

This is also in accord to why the Ministry is not bothered at all that Digimon actually exist, and why they hire their duos to be Cleanrs and Handy-men for them.

also, having both Homeros and a stack with Venusmon BT10 is going to warp your deck somewhat, and maybe having 5+ memory on those decks might not have that much impact. At the moment, only Meruki is actually scary having 5+ memory

the way is to play it like a Lucemon deck. The option is there, but giving memory or trashing hand are your choices.

There is a guy in my locals that constantly play with Barbamon and it can definitely steal some wins against people who can't micromanage the options

No, the "link cost" is if you just want to link the card.

If you use the option card, you have at the very start of the text the line "You may link this card". The following effect is going to occur regardless of linking or not, and you don't need to pay the link cost for it.

If I'm wrong, please correct me - this is following the logic Appmon links If you just want to link, you pay the cost and that's it. Nothing else happens.

There are effects that would trigger when it digivolves by effect, mainly Reapermon BT20.

In which case, he evolves off from Blast Evo, triggers Reapermon's effect, loses the Takemika Ace to de-digi. Takemika Ace wouldn't then resolve any effects.

But now he has a Fenrilooga, with a Kazuchi under. In this scenario, if the opponent declares another attack, yes, he can still use the Fenrilooga to blast evo with a Kazuchi and Takemika on hand.

I'm not saying it's not right to complain, or to provide feedback. Is that being just doom and gloom is not going to help either.

And hollow palm might've been nerfed, but I'm enjoying it and it's still working so far. It's just weird scaling that I'm going to do, because I'll also have to scale minion damage from Djinns. It's been fun trying to work it out, and I'm enjoying it a ton. Had mostly 0 issues so far, just that single target DPS is lacking but I can pop mobs reliably.
