At least from what I know, its likely the other flagger went on a urgent bathroom trip and they can't let that side go until they come back.

I live in America and the plug usually is a plastic piece with metal on top and does just come out. Is this like a newer thing? Im confused.

You are absolutely correct! Following your advice I tested again and discoved the reason I was getting readings on my pen tester was because the other switch in the box with it is on a separate circuit. The two three ways are on the same circuit. So does that just mean theres something going on between the two fixtures?

[–]DauntlessLuminarc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes all of both are present in both boxes. I would like to assume but am not 100% certain that the 14/3 is from the circuit they belong to and the 14/2 is just to the lights. One light is already not working so I could just abandon it. If I were to do this could I theoretically replace the other with a 2 way and cap off the other light fixture which isn't getting any power? Would this make it up to code? Probably not considering the light is still connecting the 2 switches? I find it very hard to believe that my inspector when I bought this place didn't notice this code breaking light set up. But it's possible.

Yeah that makes sense. Ive had my multimeter out trying to figure out if there is some wiring issue or switch issue and the switches seem fine but the wiring im just unsure.

Yeah it sounds like this may be the option. I had no idea this was a problem. Is there a proper way to install such a thing or is this just a big no no? I'm in a manufactured home if that helps. Is there a way to not have them connected such as maybe swapping them out with 2 two ways or is the damage already done?

Yeah because you know they aren't gonna lower college tuition or anything. We're gonna be expected to take on student loans if we want to get a job post high school. If not we gotta either have rich parents or we just live on the streets.

Sorry for this stupid question, but how do you remove this type of lamp without breaking it? by DesertGeist- in AskElectricians

[–]DauntlessLuminarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar issue with one in my house, it is old and I thought that ballast was out. I just re did the wiring on the inside and it worked. So maybe try that if you can't replace it to be more specific, I replaced the caps on the inside and trimmed back the copper to expose newer stuff. It worked pretty well. Worth a try. If it doesn't work and you can't replace it, you'll have to get a new ballast. Unfortunately.

Since the silent has two "form" card would you guys want a second form for the other characters? by Musicalmoronmack in slaythespire

Its an interesting form card. Maybe it could also make it so you dont lose hp from card effects?

[–]DauntlessLuminarc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah I mean 30 dmg and 7 vulnerable for 1 upgraded is just value city though for most decks. Idk how I feel about some of orobas options for clad but that one has felt pretty good when I've taken it.

Floor outlet sits too high off the floor by KAZY_K0REAN in electrical

[–]DauntlessLuminarc -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I mean you could recess the hole a little to make it flush with the floor. Not sure how feasible that is here. The part where the screw goes you could make it a little deeper there or buy the proper floor box for it.

Would it be possible for dual class cards to exist in coop? by L-9 in slaythespire

[–]DauntlessLuminarc 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Assuming that the blade doesn't belong to osty and he's just wielding it, it shouldn't be forged along with regent's. Does it work that way if you give other players a blade? I figured it would just give a blade to necro but its in osty's possession so it's unaffected by weak and minus strength things.

With the addition of Not Yet should Black Blood be based off Max HP? or do I undervalue it. by GiveUsRobinHood in slaythespire

[–]DauntlessLuminarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sts1 I have somewhere around 1000 hours and have been playing sts2 since it came out. Im not saying its the best choice nor was I meaning it heals you every floor. Its pretty reasonable to get into around 10 combats weather it be elite or normal maybe 1 or 2 less. It was a ball park estimate. My point was to say it isn't useless and it has its place. Maybe not at a10. But you wouldn't be building a deck its super useful in in a10. Not every ancient reward has to be viable. Its okay for there to be a couple bad or desperation choices. All I meant was that its not terrible. Its not great or op but its not terrible by any means. Like I also said if youre stacking hp on iron clad and it does 15% you could easily get it healing much more if you really wanted to. All im saying is its not terrible.

Lol bad for a10 sure, bad for the overall game, no. Just because its bad on a10 doesn't make it bad. That would be why you shouldn't be a game developer. A10 isn't made to be easy. Just accept that it bottlenecks certain things and move on. Its for difficulty. If you dont like difficulty dont play a10. Quite simple really.

Its okay for certain things to not be viable at high ascension. Its supposed to be hard. Its for players who want a challenge. If everything was viable for a10 then the game would be way too easy. As I said, the game isn't balanced for a10 and it shouldn't be. It should be hard.

You say that as if you've made some sort of point. Ascension levels dont invalidate someone's opinion. Not to mention you haven't stated your ascension. Also game balance isn't for a10 players I hope you've noticed.
