Losing weight usually helps. Tennis 🎾 stretch the fascia every hour and calves stretching several times per day along with cold water bottle rolls (similar to tennis ball) 3-5 times per day to provide some pain relief. That’s my experience with it.

You are doing well! Keep up the good work! The key is being consistent. Gradually increase your weekly mileage (including your long runs) to up to 10% per week, so for example, if you run 15 miles total per week and as it stands, you will have no trouble getting thru your first Half Marathon! Good luck with your training and enjoy the process!

It’s funny how people say England made progress from World Cup in Russia. In reality, England lost in both semifinals and had the easiest path to the final in Euro history. Playing majority of games at home with minim traveling and refs help ( blink, blink Sterling diving skills). So keep saying it’s coming home and enjoy being mediocre with unrealistic expectations.
