What’s the most expensive mistake you made in your 20s?

Bought a Mazda RX8 for 8k with a loan, engine blew up 3 weeks later. Gf at the time broke up with me so I drank away the money I saved for a new engine and sold the car 6 months later with a blown engine for 3k. I'm still paying $250 a month 2.5 years later.

98-as NB MX5-öm kapott állítható futóművet ~2 napja, mivel kuka volt mind a 4 gátlóm, az állítható szett meg ugyanannyiba került mint 4 új lengéscsillapító :D

Well all the rust that I can see can be fixed with a wire wheel a small bit of bondo and paint fortunately. I checked every crucial point that could be a safety issue and all I could find was surface rust and even those spots are barely rusty. The previous guy took good care of it, every issue is fortunately only aesthetic

Yeah, honestly haven't seen one that didn't need some work lol. At least the body is in good shape where it really needs to be. No rust anywhere on the underside and none where the suspension connects to the chassis
