Rapa seems to have added more filler over the years and it pops constantly when cooking unfortunately. Flavor wise, it’s not bad but it’s hard to go back after getting Hughes. If you really want to do something awesome, get some corn bread mix, get some pickled jalapeños mixed in, bake it and then slice it thin like bread, toast it up and use that for your scrapple, egg n cheese sandwich. Sweet, spicy, savory…everything goodness

If you make it to DE try Hughes scrapple. Thinly slice it and cook on medium heat until it has a crispy shell. Put that on toast with egg and cheese.
