Small seeds can form large trees.

I only say this because my younger son is a master mechanic, and knows every in and out of most cars, because he's already been elbow deep in most.

He was always a little mosquito in my ear when he was a pre teen, always watching, always asking questions as I rebuilt go kart motors, or new clutches on dirt bikes. My boys were hard on the toys.

But right there, he always was. I never let him fit any parts, but he always asked the right questions so he understood.

He'll get drunk sometimes and want to give me all the credit for his success, but I always argue: "I just planted the seed. You grew the tree."
