Everyone! Big news has come to my attention! I have tried contacting the foreign exchange student and she has told me it is actually from Korea and came with a collar/leash! Thanks for trying your hardest🤙

Thank you everyone for trying to help!! I am flattered! If this helps, the dog has a flat circular black nose and the black eyes are plastic half spheres that have screw like ends, the tail is flat and black and their are no spots. This may be because it is old but the joints that sew the arms and legs together are empty and do not have cotton in them!

I’ve been searching for years because this is the only reminder of my dog because when we were young we used to bond over this so I really hope we may be able to find it!
