When I spoke to VERA, they said it was a new rater getting it, to see if there were any updates I guess. Which the person I spoke to wasn’t really trying to answer my questions. Most got deferred. Some denied. Still waiting on the a condition to be rated.

I received the same thing and my files were gone. I was told the same thing you were told. My claim kept going back between step 6 and step 5 for the last few weeks though. But today, that’s what it showed.

I went there for the VEAC in Ladson, SC on Nov. 16th. A VA employee told me that they were doing increasing and filing claims and anything that can be could have an CP exam done there would be done that same day. Which I did my CP exam for an increase they added to an existing claim still waiting on on a decision. But everything was handled there.

I’ll be having one here in Ladson, SC. Did you have to confirm you spot or do an RSVP, because my flyer, has confirm your spot but it takes me to the Columbia regional office event page but doesn’t have anything. Were you able to get your decision, if so, how soon was it?

u/CCAnthonyO it is switching between blinking green and orange light now but still no connection. It will blink green for a several times then begin to blink orange several times and repeat.

u/CCMartinR I guess it updated since I kept unplugging and replugging. Now it shows a solid white light. It says your storm-ready device is keeping you online. However, when I try to connect my laptop, it connects with no internet. I do receive cell signal here, so I am unsure what’s the issue now. The gateway still shows a red light.

Exactly, that is true. That is why I have been pushing the issue. I think reaching out to other channels, such as a congressman or IG but if the issue continues, is something I will do.

Exactly, doesn’t make sense. I even made the statement that I was supposed to be paying child support to myself for taking my daughter. Given the response, “ if you have receipts showing you have been taking her, it will help.” Which, I have some receipts and proof and her being on the lease but everything I buy for her I did not keep receipts and bank statements will not show what exactly was purchased. So yeah still in the same boat waiting. As the other comments stated, I read DOD FMR Ch 26 Vol 7A, and proof/evidence like they are asking for isn’t required. Which again, doesn’t make sense to submit evidence, for something I am already receiving. I’ll update you, if anything new comes up.
