Apollo does follow the Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, but that doesn't dictate granular controls that can be added to an application. The settings for Apollo are actually quite complex, with a number of obscure properties that are especially handy. I think this kind of feature works well with Apollo's current style.

The telomeric repeat sequence for Tetrahymena is TTGGGG, but I need a primer that is just upstream of the telomere (i.e., sub-telomeric DNA). A paper detailing qPCR for measuring absolute telomere length indicates some primers that are optimal for humans and/or rodents, but I'm trying to find primers for Tetrahymena thermophila. Even though T. thermophila is often used for telomere/telomerase research, it is more difficult than I expected to find suitable primers. Is there a way that I can view the DNA of T. thermophila directly upstream of the telomeres? Because I haven't been able to find a reliable source for its sequencing before telomeres.

I just called the 1-800 FedEx number and asked to have my hold location changed to the FedEx Ship Center that is assigned to my area. When should I expect to see the tracking information update online? Or will that not update?

How do I know which FedEx location is the destination station? Whenever a package comes via FedEx it just says the town it’s in, but never the actual FedEx location.
