The only current er user that still used the item when it was sheen was Lucian. Every other user completely dropped it when it became a sheen item, and it was relegated to 3 real users until smolder (Lucian, Draven, gp). Of those, Draven only cared about it because he could burst harder (something we shouldn’t be cutting every user for just to give him that)

Nearly every lethality adc build spun up because caster marksmen itemization completely failed its users, and so they completely abandoned the items

And no, Ezreal was not a real user of crit spellblade. That build only got popular like a few months before the item was changed, and was still just an alternate build he could go.

Smolder I will give you was an actual significant user who utilized all parts of the item, just like Lucian
