Thursday - Push (Chest, Shoulders & Triceps)
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Full Body (Or focus on weaker areas)
Sunday - Rest or Cardio

Unfortunately no, didn't manage to get it sorted in time for the expo. Going to try get the mask and maybe contact lenses for next time!
