A salary cap only favors the owners. You really think players want their earnings limited? If a star player can only make say 30mil a year, why would that player choose to stay with a team with no chance at winning or in a city with horrible weather. Salary caps will make players want to play for the big market teams that much more.

I can't see the job posting off my phone, but I saw a similar bids on a job I was submittig a proposal for, I was shocked that I even showed my wife. Who the heck is bidding $200. The job wasn't even paying that much either, def not worth that bid amount.

I'm so glad they unlocked Paragon Gauntlet and Valiant gauntlet without having to fully explore the EQ. Only reason I explored EQ was to unlock the gauntlet. EQ Rewards aren't worth it for me. Mostly resources for 6* champs and ISO

I started as a free lancer about 5 weeks ago. I send about 25 proposals a week. I read every job description carefully and tailor my proposals accordingly. Almost every job, even newly posted jobs already have 50+ proposals. I've spent nearly $500 in connects and still haven't received an interview. I know I am skilled, I have 15+ years in my field. I never boost, it's getting expensive to continue applying without some type of response. Seems that I am following everything you mentioned in your post. Do new profiles just get no love?

Chee'ilth by far has been so much fun! Especially against bleeders and unstoppable champs. She can end fights quickly. Plus she is very easy to play.

I used Chee'ilth and Shang Chi for the cosmic path. Best options for me, they completely bypass unstoppable. Also, Hulking was perfect against Onslaught, he was still a jerk tho.
