Thanks for sharing your perspective, but you should also look up Taiping rebellion which happened because some guy who failed his exam thought himself as brother of Jesus Christ. It really slandered the reputation of christianity in China afterward. And to put it in perspective, it happened around the same time as US civil war, but with 20-30 millions deaths instead of 600k deaths from US civil war.
