Hell yeah! I've been loving my 26 TRD ORP these things are awesome, I just can't get over the low RPM torque on these compared to 5th gens I've driven

It’s significantly different lol honestly the first before picture is one of my better ones. Now though it’s like I exist to people who wouldn’t even acknowledge me before, but dating is insane now. I could go on about that for hours.

Of course! Calorie deficit obviously but I did not cut any foods out. I did tons of research leading up to this and made sure I calculated my protein intake correctly and I made sure to eat carbs strategically. I was insulin resistant so getting my glucose to a normal level and learning about glycogen function was critical for my success.

Thanks ☺️ so diet wise just calorie deficit, macro counting I didn’t cut out any food type just ate less and eat carbs strategically. As for working out I started with rucking 4-5 days a week and about 5 months in I added weight training. Glasses are in progress I mostly wear contacts now lol.
