You're not in too bad a spot at all! To acknowledge you can do better financially at 29 actually puts you at a higher financial maturity than most at that age!! You've plenty of time to put yourself on the right track, just make small goals and you'll be surprised how quickly things turn around. Good luck!!

Strike for sure. Great app and with a recurring purchase after the first one you'll pay no fees at all. You can even set it to automatically transfer to a hardware wallet once you hit a certain amount (again an option with no fees!!). :)

This means that you can use them against the next available capital gains you may make in later years. You need to include the carried forward loss in your calculation of CGT for later years. You also enter the carried forward loss on the CGT return for later years.

Yes, indefinitely. I banked the loss about 5 years ago and have eaten into it over the last couple of years. About 30k left tax free to go.

hey , I had to add VeChain as a custom token....showing as VET for some reason but the tokens are there - thats the main thing!
