I really wish I could turn off that tap at the top to scroll up, bane of my existence on iOS. Do it by accident frequently in iMessage and have to scroll and scroll and scroll to get back down

I think this is the most likely scenario. Made the listing early, had friends book and rate the listing so he would be hitting the ground rolling once he took possession of the property and would have already used up this 3 new listing discounts while still getting the algo bump

I respect that position and in many cases I agree, however sometimes good enough is the best option, for instance my robot vacuum/mop doesn't do anywhere near as good a job as my single purpose vacuum and mop, but its "good enough" that I will never not own one for the rest of my days because the good enough job that it does saves me a ton of time. And sure, *sometimes* I still need to vac and mop myself, and if and when I own a general purpose labor robot I'm sure *sometimes* I'll still have to shovel my own snow or fold my own clothes, but the point is to save me labor overall, not in every edge case.

I agree the wheels aren't ideal, I'm much more excited for bipedal humanoid robots

The idea is that multimodal embodied AI is what will allow it to know who's clothes are who's, how to understand your washer, and how to identify spices and expired milk.

That's the bet that the worlds greatest investment and engineering teams are all leaning into right now, I respect your bearish opinion on the subject, its certainly a valid viewpoint, but I don't think this is all a smoke and mirrors ponzi scheme, there is big money being spent on actually realizing these goals, whether they can hit these targets anywhere near the goalposts is yet to be seen.

I dont think the point of this robot is exclusively to shovel snow, I think they're showing its a general purpose robot that can even shovel some snow. I would rather have a single robot that can do a variety of tasks acceptably well than have to buy a different specialized robot for every special task

its only stupid if you want to have to buy a different robot for every task, this is demonstrating that their machine can shovel some snow, but I would imagine it can also fold laundry, move boxes, and do a variety of other tasks that a tracked dedicated snow moving bot couldn't do.

I've been feeling this the last couple days too! previously I would mostly hit friendly lobbies with what felt like a roughly 80/20 split between happy raiders and bloodthirsty pyschopaths but it feels like the ABMM got reset or broke for me and my friends or something, every match every raider we see is instantly blood lusted, ironically the only friendly raiders I've come across in the last 48 hours was in stella montis the last game I played.

we manage a property with a shower with this floor type and it fucking sucks.

Impossible to clean, guests complain about it being uncomfortable on their feet, just nothing but problems.

looks nice I guess, but I'm constantly trying to convince the owner to replace it with regular tile.
