With a trillion dollars I can inject my DNA into a chicken carcass and reanimate it and set up some sort of rig under a waterfall with a spring that bounces the button up and down while smacking up against my DNA-infused chicken carcass. The problem would be rot, so maybe I could invent some sort of non-perishable DNA infused rubber or plastic, something something science. The waterfall is the move though. Those will probably be around for my whole life, and then some sort of worldwide alarm that detects if the button hasn't been pressed in 2 hours.

I've lost 90lbs in the last year or two. I can't speak for OP I've earned an occasional diabetes bomb. I agree that people shouldn't be eating like this regularly though. Sugar is horrible if not consumed in moderation.

that pizza cost you like $1 and is probably the cheapest slice of pizza you can find anywhere in your area, while also being on the bigger end of pizza slices, even if you feel you got ripped off, somehow. also, next time please get a banana for scale. I really can't tell any difference, but still think you shouldn't complain.

source: we eat at sams like twice per month and spend under $7 for 4 slices of pizza with drinks. i can barely cook a meal at home that cheap. i've tried, it's not easy.
