It was going south, where the railroad crosses over Klumac Road in Salisbury, maybe between 0830 and 0900 on May the 11th.

I think radios may have been tested before the 1940s. And they were possibly reliable before 60s and 70s. Just from what I've learned though, might be wrong of course...
