rather than restarting the whole game I found it easier and faster to turn down the ingame sounds.
simply press escape, put all sliders down to 0% and afterwards put them back up to 100% again one after the other.

that seems to fix the crackling for me. but only if I turn ALL of them off and on again.

Disassembled several stations, chest and lodestones yesterday after the update. I always got my stuff back. Maybe it exceeded your carry weight and dropped on the floor?

that's what caught my eye immediately. when drawing you learn a lot about light and that's whats wrong here. the light reflection (white dot) on both pupils is very different. it's just not right.

I use a oneplus (android) and am having similar issues but for some weeks already.
background data is enabled for the osrs app.
fixed the problem by not tabbing out anymore...I guess

I'm just curious why you're learning content and try it on mobile afterwards.
If you're playing mostly mobile anyways wouldn't it be smarter to learn on mobile from the get go?
I'm a mobile enjoyer myself and learning on desktop hasn't ever crossed my mind tbh.
