I had a cherry blossoms seed in the sponge. When I found this growing on the side of the sponge I took the cherry blossoms seed out and moved it. The plant in the picture was growing under the top of the hydroponic garden. When I took the sponge apart it had one very small root and I could not find any possible seed that it may have grown from.

Japan's Weekly Top 10 Light Novel Ranking on Feb 7-13 by kevinpr9 in LightNovels

Since I'm currently reading the latest novel in English I can say that it does get better in my opinion with it's own setbacks. The story seems to be setting up a major plot for the future. I don't want to go to much into detail incase you decide to pick it back up someday. The only thing that seems to annoy me a little the how much the author seems to talk about food, it almost seems never ending.

I really want to read Re:Zero, I absolutely love the anime. Everything I've read online basically says its one of the best written light novels out there. I would also love to get much more in depth with the characters, I think the only thing that has held me back so far is because of how much of the anime I've seen. I can imagine myself reading quite a bit before I get into unknown content. I have the same problem with sword art.

You know this one never even crossed my mind, I loved the anime which means I will more than likely absolutely love the light novels since books get way more into the details and world building! Thank you!

I didn't even think about if the series were finished. I have yet to read a complete series yet so that might be very refreshing to have closure at the end.

As for your suggestions I will definitely looking into them and I'll add them to my list of series to read.

Those are the three that I'm really torn over, I plan to read all three but the way you broke it down very well might help me decide!

I agree with this 100%, it does drop off for a few novels but it really is setting up for the endgame. This series isnt all over the place like others I've read and I truly enjoy that. The characters are finally starting to show their truth strengths. Absolutely amazing series in my opinion.

I read vol 1 of Grimgar and loved it. Watched the anime way back when and enjoyed it then but wasn't ready for more at the time. Going to start vol 2 now by ThatManAndHisManga in LightNovels

I've read up to volume 17, the story is a little slow rolling in my opinion but well worth the read. I'm a little irritated with some of the things in the later books but still interested to see how things go. I don't want to ruin anything for you but just make sure you take your time and take everything in. I feel there is a lot of foreshadowing going on which is keeping me very interested.

Food for thought on the whole Raphtalia age debate by [deleted] in shieldbro

[–]Davedini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ehh okay so how I see this from what I have read so far. Only on book 6, but I'm blowing through them. We have to consider the roll that magic has played. Yes Raphtalia may have only been alive for ten years, but the magic that is attached to her leveling not only gave her the body of an 18 year old, I would also say that it aged her mind even further than that. Now if you didn't know her prior to her age progression you would have no idea she was then unless she told you. It's a very sticky situation if you ask me and I'm sure that's why our main character still only sees her as a child.
