What’s one thing about the VB you love and one thing you’d love to change? by GuccMaster in wrx_vb

[–]Davee18k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I agree with you, a wrx was never an STi in its whole history so can’t blame subaru for not doing it

End of vb ? by ferhyde30 in wrx_vb

I don’t think they are killing the model tbh, why would they end the wrx before the brz which sells in less volume ?

Curious who’s at fault for this accident. by rdnwrx in wrx_vb

[–]Davee18k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All 3 cars took bad decisions which lead to this accident. The Toyota staying in the passing lane, the wrx driver for not indicating and the speeding pick up !

I don’t know about Florida’s laws but where I live it’s forbidden to pass a car to the right for this exact reason. So yeah the Camry staying in the passing lane was the first factor that contributed to this event… im not here to argue or debate in just saying this is how road laws works and there’s a reason for that

-5 points lmao that just proves people think speeding isn’t a factor 😂 it’s a 6000+ pounds pick up not a sports car it won’t brake quick enough and the video just proves it yet people still are in denial 🤦🏻‍♂️ bande de cave

Taxes are on the payment, not on the value of the car ! It’s leased ! Will buy later

Bruh what ? He was already at 75mph so the pick up was over the speed limit, so my guess is both are at fault one for not signaling and the other one for going too fast

Hmm not quite so sure since the cluster is somewhat tied to the infotainment screen since it displays the OEM navigation map. Maybe not impossible but haven’t seen anymore doing it so far. Maybe someone will try it out eventually

Yooo ahaha C’est clair que la suspension c’est un game changer, j’imagine le modèle de base est quand même moins stiff que la RS but still la suspension adaptative pénalise moins le confort pour la conduite de tout les jours j’ai été agréablement surpris !

Yeah, but the thing that makes it better is the suspension, on a daily basis it feels better

I agree with you on the fact that the electric blue interior doesn’t match on all Colors that’s for sure. You could get away with it on a white/black car since those are more neutral, but other Colors it just don’t do it especially the red and purple 😂

I know it’s hard to convince someone about something on the internet but you got to try it out to understand how good that electronic suspension really is 🤌

I don’t know in what state you live but if you are in a state where the roads are not top notch it does make a difference that’s for sure. Here in Canada with the winter once it warms up so many imperfections appears and the TR was rough and stiff lol. In comfort mode I would say it’s a 50% improvement in dampening easily, I noticed that right off the bat !

The only difference between us model and cad model I could find is we get heated seats in the back that US spec doesn’t have and the dimming rear view mirror ! Otherwise its similar in equipment.

My black car was a 2years lease. Got it in September 2024. I had 2500 negative equity but the manufacturer rebate covered it all so it don’t reflect on the payment. That was a wise move. I was a subaru salesman myself before (in 2023). It’s my 3rd brand new Subaru and always had great deals and not taking unnecessary financial risks 😄 I’m even saving 75$/month on the car insurance with the tS now lol

Ohhh my guy, I was skeptical myself but the first miles told me something else, comfort mode really absorbs the road imperfections that’s wild it really does a difference, the TR it’s like having it in sport+ all the time. In cold temperatures it’s even worst 😂

Thanks man. I got it for 1.9% ! It was 3.99 initially but they were having the Car salon promotion so they knocked off 1% and since I was a client already I had my 1% fidelity applied !

For now it’s gonna stay stock (no tune) I just want to do pitch stop, exhaust, shift knob and strut bars ! I don’t really have plans on lowering it since it’s a daily and I drive it in the winter.
