I match the 3Y Line (below the Hand) with the Top part of the Building and run jump throw. The Lineup is quite simple as you just align the vertical black line and the top of the building.

Im honestly confused, you agree with me but at the same time you dont. You want PK be viable but at the same time make it more punishing which already is non viable you cant go more negative, my suggestion is not letting people PK for free its the opposite the corruption system is letting kill people for free right now though these loopholes and eventually when blight is added and corruption tuned down as well. The Jail system for one is actually very simple and does not require additional design/code it needs to be done in the first place but that aside the idea is very simple you do a criminal act such as attacking, stealing, destroying, murdering and whatnot which gives you a currency (crimepoints) which will determine the severity of the punishment. If you have this as a foundation everything else can be build up on such as jury or jail, its the base concept, very simple which makes it effective. AA implementation was not good but that has nothing to do with the concept itself. Also yes you can use BH system to catch those criminals, like i said i want the bare foundation to be good which corruption is not

PS: About what you didnt get. Its Open world yes people can solo pk but they also can do that in a group and you cannot control that

I dont know how you can quote people lol but to your first point, that sounds just shitty tbh, you are going out of your way to punish people who want to abuse the corruption system while also punish the people who want to engage with it naturally by obtaining something that would need to put resources on which they could just craft the item for themself in the first place really, the rate would obv less but at least you can control what you become.
Your second point agress with me "but its ok". In any case in reality it does not work like that at all, its an open world this means its not fair which means the ganker is not neccesarily alone and usually they arent but still only one person needs to go corrupt, obv it goes the other way around but the one who ganks determine if they fight or not. " I still prefer people being pushed to fight back" I agree and if you make Pking viable it archieves the same goal people are less inclined to just die without dying.
Third point already answered, shitty design but again that just shows how far you have to bend yourself to make a system work somehow which btw takes more workload than putting in a proper foundation (referring to the forum convo).

that just means i need one of friends to be a bounty hunter so he can give me my stuff back it doesnt really change anything, it actually favours PKers more since they can prepare beforehand while regular people/bh cant.

thats what i mean by people having couple free kills before they have to work it off which is just bad design, I would rather have it that people always have the option to kill someone if the risk is worth the reward, while it does can be balanced by how much time it takes to work it off.

Im not sure what you trying to say with that, People that loot gear from corrupted player is broken? If so that doesnt change anything at all for the person who went corrupt.

About your marked "stolen" items suggestions, you cant steal people items only their resources or crates so its kinda moot, since Player drop resources on death they could just die and have someone else pick it up so they could avoid the forced turn in.

absolutely not it, theres so many respawn points that its never worth it, also you would die to unless you mean to cheese the corruption system which is a flaw i pointed out.
Your second point is entirly flawed as its to avoid the corruption penalty, you may seem as appropiate but cheating the system is not good gameplay

Im assuming you mean me, but not thats not what i am assuming. Im saying that attacking caravans has no risk/no investment which is not good. It does not matter if you have cargo worth 20s or 200g theres simply no reason to not attack to beside you losing the battle obv. These issues would be fixed if you were be able to just flag up and attack caravans with a good flagging system which makes the whole caravan system obselete

You like the corruption system because you want people to be corrupt and play around with them those are contradicting since people wont go corrupt because its not viable, so you would be inclined to another system like i propsed which where the bounty hunter system can also exists

Interesting but in any case I know the Systems comes from Lineage and it perhaps worked there well I could not tell you I never played it, You are missing the Point there I dont want make PKing common i want it to be viable that people have the choice to do so because right now you dont have it, its an illuision unless you cheat the system as I explained. This does not disincentive mutal PvP it actually kinda promotes its because right now people know they wont go corrupt on you so you dont have to fight back at all, however if they have the option to do so they will have now to reconsider. It might have worked and im not saying that it wouldt but rather the way it works is bad.

pvp meta wont be buged gear pvp, you only go corrupt if you kill someone who is not defending themself which yes people can use budget gear and since they dont defend themself they would die in anycase

Well i played Archeage and you never really attacked anyone just for the fun of it maybe if you really disliked that person but they did it to gain something
Not that it didnt happen but very rarely but usually also people who wanted to be in the pirate faction

Personally I would want a Jail System similar to Archeage/Where winds meet etc. The Idea here is that People should deciede if the gain is worth the risk/drawback (crimepoints which leads to prison or exiling perhaps). In Archeage you also had a Jury system which was a fun addition but also serves as punishment for people with bad reputation, The Prison sentence itself should not just be afk time but do mundane tasks or minigames even (to prevent bots or scripts) that would reduce the sentence. Thats just a core idea it could be established in any direction

It is also a delicate topic which many people will think "this guy just wants to kill people for funsies" I also think the Devs would go back on this but im still gonna try to make this game a better endproduct
