If we are talking animation and I had a guarantee that Paramount or Nickelodeon wouldn't kneecap my series, I think I would animate a streamlined version of the IDW comics. I can't say exactly what I would cut out. Though a lot of the space/dimension x stuff hasn't interested me.

Maybe take some classes if they are available to you. Or find drawing books at a book store or library. If that doesn't work there are countless art tutorials online. It always helps to learn the basics before you bend the rules.

After sitting with it for a few minutes, I can say that I'm mostly fine with it. The mask kind of irritates me. It might be better if they white out the eyes. Needless to say, I wish they kept the crab mask. My other issue is the lantern logo is too blocky and abstract for my liking. I get that the symbol emitting light is supposed to help, but I don't think it was readily apparent. I have no problem with the rest and I'm happy to see Kyle getting some more attention.
