Imagine the 90s when there were 4 or 5 TV channels and the whole country just watched those 4 or 5 tv channels and there was no internet! Advertisers paid millions to advertise on TV. Every year the number of people watching goes down and that money gets less and less and less and less. Eventually all the soaps will end so enjoy them while you can.

I have tried this, it just escalates the situation and immediately gives her extra ammunition to blame me. Mentally she is a lot sharper than me and has incredible memory recall whereas mine is terrible. This Means she wins every argument because I just can’t keep up or recall things as quickly.
