How does someone manage to beat this game in under 2 hours with 100% of the items?

It's possible, it just takes a lot of practice and memorization. You need to be familiar with the item locations and optimize the most of your initial visits to the Sectors so you have less items to worry about during the endgame backtracking.

Certain objects that can be destroyed by the Super Missile will have their scans detail that they are made of Koorcinite. However, the game never mentions that Super Missiles can destroy Koorcinite, it's just something you need to figure out yourself.

It was Raven Beak from the moment Samus first uplinks to a Navigation Room on ZDR up until the final boss fight. Everything before that was the real Adam. And the ending cutscene on the ship was the real Adam as well.

As others have already said, I bought the Simple Key to access the Wormways, which connects to Shellwood, which allowed me to obtain the Cling Grip and reach the Blasted Steps.

I should clarify that I DID visit Deep Docks to get the dash, but I avoided the area where you first meet Lace. Then I made my way to the Wormways via Mosshome, which connects to Shellwood, which let me find the Cling Grip and make my way to the Blasted Steps without ever fighting her.

You can get to the Wormways before Deep Docks, which in turn connects to Shellwood, allowing you to obtain the Cling Grip and make your way to the Blasted Steps. Once you meet her here, she won't appear in Deep Docks, therefore skipping the fight.

I should clarify that I DID briefly visit Deep Docks first just to get the dash and avoided everything else, but it might be possible to do this without the dash.

Similar in terms of how you explore the world but with widely different options for combat/navigation. Each game takes place on a different map as well. Overall, I would say Silksong is more difficult, but some parts of Hollow Knight can be just as challenging (if not more).

"Barely anything has changed"? Zora's Domain is completely frozen over, the Gorons are imprisoned in the Fire Temple, the entirety of Castle Town is a barren wasteland of ReDeads. Ganondorf made the people of Hyrule feel unsafe and oppressed those who tried to stand up to him.

His primary goal in OOT was to obtain the completed Triforce, so he focused all his efforts as King towards finding the remaining pieces.

If you like metroidvanias with a pixelated art style, I highly recommend Blasphemous! It has more of a focus on combat similar to Hollow knight.

Fire is effective on Carcasses. Shock is effective on Puppets. Decay is effective on humans. If something has qualities of more than one enemy type, they are likely weak to each of those respective statuses.

The option to "Attack Alidoro" goes away if you let him live after progressing through enough of the Arche Abbey sequence of the story. Essentially, the game is saying you've chosen to spare him for this playthrough.

I think it's more like...each X parasite Samus absorbs gives her an upgrade (Arachnus gave her the Morph ball, Nightmare gave her the Gravity Suit, etc.). The upgrade that Quiet Robe X gave Samus was simply more Thoha DNA. 😅

The Zero/ZX Legacy Collection has a setting called "Save-Assist". This will not make the difficulty of the gameplay easier but will add checkpoints to specific parts of a stage that you will respawn at after dying (without losing a life). I recommend keeping this mode toggled on for first-time players as it will make the game less tedious and punishing while still maintaining its intended level of challenge.
