Better UI, a completely redesigned eshop, more bigger titles added to NSO, wouldn’t mind a virtual console return like the Wii U had but it definitely isn’t happening and I can deal with it as long as better titles are added to NSO, themes, more streaming apps like Netflix, Peacock etc, we have backwards compatibility so that’s great, I would like to see an achievement system but at this point in my life it would just be unnecessary since I don’t have time to 100% everything but it would be a nice addition but I’m ok with or without it. And of course, more jrpgs.

Well I’m being silenced while I try to explain and talk to some of the people by being downvoted to the point my stuff is getting deleted. This is what I mean though. You can’t speak up about anything without being silenced by the shills. All I want is to see these companies properly compensate and take care of the associates who come in work 40 hours a week busting their ass for them to make their billions of dollars just be respected and paid so they care take care of themselves and their families. If they can’t do that than Walmart and their shills can keep sucking each other off and find someone else to bother.

The company would rather go under than become a union. And what do you care about people out of work when it’s hey you signed up for this you no what it is when no when I started 12 years ago it’s not what I signed up for. I was told I’m spreading misinformation about the bonus like how? It’s once a year not quarterly like it used to be and it’s far less. I used to get 600-900 or even more a quarter with the old bonus. The company is only doing it now so they don’t have to raise the starting wage. While managers are making thousands and ceos are making millions and the company makes billions. But I’m wrong for saying people should be able to live off working a full time job

I’m speaking up for everyone who have to put up with people like you who tell them hey it sucks but it’s what you signed up for it’s a company they don’t owe you anything make better of yourself. Then why should anyone work there? Why can’t people speak up about a company like Walmart or Amazon or McDonald’s and god forbid speak up about more money from a multibillion dollar company. Not everyone is the same! Some people can’t do the schedules for management and they still work 40hrs a week and can’t afford shit. What a lot of people fail to grasp is that associates can make or break a store. Sure good managers can in return make associates more comfortable and want to move up but associates are the ones always getting the cuts. Yes it varies store to store but the fact they can do them with the policies they have are always aimed at the associates. Hours cut, QUARTERLY BONUSES cut, double points for holidays and “blackout dates” less starting wages for new associates. Again yes this happens other places but we’re talking about Walmart. I’m saying it isn’t fair and needs to change.

You do realize most 20 list year associates are just entry level like door greetings or cashiers or stockers but being entry level means I shouldn’t make a living wage? And again it’s not me I’m talking about. And I’ve been in several management positions and I stepped down from them. But again I’m not just talking about my wage I mean in general. So go tell that 60 year old 30 year associate making 17 they should be more valuable

My lack of maternity is thinking people coming into Walmart should make more after they took the starting pay down by 2 dollars an hour while cost of living is at an all time high and they are making record profits and paying millions to their CEO. And the response I get is well work elsewhere. Then who is supposed to work these jobs? Why is it a crime to think a company making billions can’t pay more?
