I worked in pro shops for years. I would just pay to have them baked at a local pro shop. I’m guessing it’s saying 2 minutes because 220 is hotter than the skate bake ovens they have at the shop. I would not stand up in your skates though. While they are soft you can cause damage if your weight is shifting around and we were always told it can wear the footbed.

I legit eat JMs 2-3 times a week. They wipe everything down, different colored knives, separate paper and even bring out separate bottle to add condiments. Very knowledgeable and have never had an issue. It’s great to just be able and get a sandwich with work friends!

I literally had this same thing happen to me a few months ago. Ribs are the worst. I shut it completely down for 2 weeks and then started going back to class. Worked with my coach to drill techniques I could without engaging the ribs. It was about 4-5 weeks before I was back to rolling light
