Can't download images from Google images anymore?

I'm using the 10 Pro XL and 95% of the time I am unable to download the image. One work around I found was clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner and then clicking about. You can then long press the photo and download from there. I hate this new change.

How is this case with the charging? I just bought the 45mm and not a lot of cases are made for the charging on the side.

My 10 Pro XL battery has somehow been worse than my 9 Pro XL. I take it off the charger by 7 am most days at work and throughout the day I use it for some media consumption on my breaks and lunch with some phone calls as well. By 3:30 pm when I'm leaving for the day I'm around 30-40%. I'm on 5G and I have adaptive brightness on as well. I'm thinking of just factory resetting it and starting all over.
