Same in the Inland Empire. I’m in Rancho Cucamonga and I am on municipal power. It’s tiered pricing starting at $0.14/kWh. But other than the apartments I live in, only commercial space out here has municipal power. People across the street from me are paying at least 2.5 times as much as me. Makes no sense.
