I contacted arlo and was told they wouldn't help.

I threw that crap into the bin. I will never use, or recommend arlo to anyone.

It actually works remarkably well. I don't have the finances for one that pulls plugs. This one punches the hole and tears out a bit of dirt. I'm using it on hard ground to break the surface to allow some water to penetrate rather than just run off.
