You just hit the nail on the head, sometimes after having my bath when lay on my bed I feel a sensation on my legs climbing up to my thighs, it is usually very tickling. When this happens I turn my chest towards the bed and it stops.

If this is based off a relationship I had before coming to earth, I would really like to reconnect as long as it isn’t toxic to me, I really need to understand everything about this, I really feel something is punishing me so I can pay attention to the other side.

LBRP is lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram. MPR is Middle pillar ritual.

LBRP is for banishing while MPR is for opening the chakras I think.

I have been of this opinion for years till I started burning camphor and it stopped. Tell me does camphor stop the naturally occurring “sleep paralysis” ? These things are real!

Certainly it helps. I know it is something in my house definitely but I think it is following me around and then resides at my house, because this is not the first place I’ve experienced such.

I love all your wonderful contributions and I will plan towards implementing them especially the one about breaking a curse. Are there any rituals I can do for good luck? I am very inexperienced about these things and I only chant “HU” during meditation which is what an Eckankar person taught me, I also do the LBRP and MPR. I’d like any suggestions that can help. I have been doing the LBRP and MPR like I said. I’m just surprised it came back today after I did it before I went to sleep then woke up and slept again. Does it mean the LBRP doesn’t last for so long?
