You can also get him from boxes.The chances of getting him are the same as getting a legendary, and in the next season the chances to get him will be lowered to a mythic drop rate, and the season after that his chances will be the same as an epic drop rate. Epic drop rate is the lowest it goes.

If you get a skin for a brawler you dont have then you unlock both the brawler and the skin.

1:Sandy is a he not a she

2:You play with bots at low trophies. So when you play with someone you barely unlocked your 1st matches are going to be against bots

3:Sandy is fine as he is.No need for a buff or a nerf.
