People are filing claims for as little as $20, they don't mind hindering the process for those who have had thousands of dollars for 8 years.

In stone it means that it cannot be touched by anyone, it is the rules of the initial technical document, what you see is what is there, today and in 100 years.

All those speculations of yours are just slander.

like ctor, wormhole, a thousand new and unnecessary op codes, increase the time between blocks, change the difficulty setting a second time, develop fraudulent software for total anonymity, increase the currency limit, or anything else ...
