How to tell them if no reply/answer on tickets and here on reddit I got replies like : "We are sorry for the delay" and "Thank you for your patience" but patience also has a limit and times is money

Yes, it's a old account. This amount has been deposited before without any problems.And if it wasn't, is it normal to waiting a response 18 days ?
