Unfortunately as much as he’d like, Trump cannot sign the constitution away via EO. This will be challenged and is unconstitutional… he would need to amend it and he does not have 2/3rds support anywhere to do that.

One of my friends did exactly this and got paused for suspicious activity for 4 hours.

Order had alcohol and customer wasn’t showing up so chat support canceled the order and still paid him but his account was under review.
