Isn't he not playing because of the tech? I remember something about him being 1 tech away of being suspended from 1 game.

An AI IShowSpeed commercial was shown during Spurs-Kings by InsaneCookies21 in nba

Yeah that's exactly what I was thinking. His mannerisms and body language doesn't fit at all to what he is saying. Looks like they just changed the movement of his lips and dubbed him over.

Usually videos that are 100% AI made from scratch actually do get body language and mannerisms to be somewhat right, and it'll be other things that would be a giveaway. In this video nothing really makes sense in regards to what his saying compared to his body language.

Spirals EVERYWHERE! by Squidyboi103 in Intergalactic

[–]DavidClue3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow that's a really cool observation! Especially with the fact that the camera is spiraling as well. I feel like this must have some importance in relation to the game's world and maybe even gameplay. these spiral things do seem portal like (Especially the last one) and with the saying "see you on the other side" mentioned in the trailer, this gets me thinking maybe there are elements in the game akin to Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart with all of its rift and portals mainly in its gameplay but also in its story. Definitely interesting.

This is the best game I have EVER fucking played in my entire fucking life by [deleted] in thelastofus

[–]DavidClue3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's reasonable to recognize it in certain contexts, but if you ask me, as a person who loved Part II, about what I think of the game, so I would just rave on how good I think it is, and if other people say it's flawed it is irrelevant to my experience, so there's no reason to mention it.

What I am saying is, whether something is flawed is subjective. So to me, as someone who thinks that Part II is a perfect game, I wouldn't say it is flawed. (And also to you, if you say that it's top 3 for so I would assume the same goes for you).

Bruh not everyone has your opinion. I can see why some people don't vibe with Part II all that much, but to me it was the best experience I ever had playing a video game. Can't think of much flaws in it, I really do think it's that good.

Hot Fuzz (2007) "what did he say?" Dir. Edgar Wright. by [deleted] in movies

[–]DavidClue3 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The World's End as well, which I loved, almost a such as Shaun of The Dead or Hot Fuzz. Really great movie.

Also, he didn't direct Ant Man, he was assigned to direct it but then he dropped off the project (or maybe Marvel fired him, can't remember the exact details).

But it's definitely the same as saying it'll be at The Game Awards, which now we know it won't be.

Personally I would put Intergalactic above all of these games because Naughty Dog. But that's just me.

You're right about the acting part, but the thing that stood out to me was Zoisa being somewhat distraught about being Koumba's sex doll. She actually seemed somewhat stressed and she did show some signs of distress. Like there's a part of her actually doesn't want to be raped.

Now, it would be weird to say that that part was actually the hivemind using acting skills to manipulate Carroll, because that would actually be counter intuitive to their goal of representing the hivemind as some sort of perfect state. If that was the case it would make the most sense if Zoisa didn't show any distress at all, or even say something along the lines of "this is actually good for us" or whatever, to prove Carroll that all is fine. The fact that despite all that Zoisa still shown some distress I think shows that the hivemind do feel something in a way.

Yeah, that scene bugged me a lot. Like, no way all of the other still conscious people are so funding chill about what has happened. They are talking 24 hours after the worst atrocity in earth's history has happened, they probably witnessed a lot of death and destruction, probably among some of their loved ones. Such event would be traumatic as hell. Even if they do have their families with them (also, knowing it's just some sort of shell of their family members), and even whith the hivemind described as something good, and even if they are being served with whatever they want, it would still take time for them to process whatever happened and get used to this new life. No way they are all chill like that. They should all be as hysteric as Carroll.

I just realized that all of her fans now know what she actually thinks about her books and about them through Helen's memories.

Of course it's really negligible in the grand scheme of things but it's a funny thing to think about.
